Abstract
The precision tillage could be faster and more cost-effective by non-destructive optical testing of soils. The optical test is not typically a direct measure of the soil’s qualities, but also another soil processes, resulting from changes in the physical infers them. During the acidification of soils, typically absorbing compounds can be formed in soils. The organic matter content of soil and the treatment with organic substances increases the moisture absorption and retention. The soil moisture characteristic reflection peaks can be measured with high precision by spectroradiometer.
We investigated the optical properties of the soils in different humidity conditions. Correlation was found between the spectral differences, and the chemical properties of the soil.
